Noosa hot spots

Noosa hot spots

Hastings Street - Is famous for its mix of restaurants, shops, and outdoor cafes. Just a short stroll by boardwalk from Hastings Street is one of the most spectacular National parks in Australia. You will find Hastings Street on the top right side of the right.

Noosa National Park - Offers extensive walking tracks both inland and along the coastal track to other secluded beaches. The national park is the green area to the far top right of the landing map.

Noosa Junction - Is the primary shopping centre for Noosa and here all the main shops and banks are located, the junction consists of a main strip in the Noosa heads area.

Noosaville - Is located on the Noosa River along which lies an ever growing cluster of shops café's and family orientated accommodation. Beautiful park reserves follow along the Noosa river most of the way, as it meanders towards the coast and Hastings street. Free BBQ's, kid's playgrounds and tables with shelters abound this
great family strip.

Noosa Marina - Follow the Noosa River approximately 5km inland from the coast to Tewantin and you will fine Noosa Harbour marina strategically located on the edge of the river just before it heads off towards the lakes and everglades.
Noosa marina has a collection of interesting shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops and is the hub of any river activity that involves larger vessels. You will find the harbour to the far left of the landing map opposite Goat Island Conservation Park.

Eumundi - Eumundi markets has grown to become a major tourist attraction for Queensland. Widely considered the best markets in Australia it is open every Wednesday and Saturday and plays host to hundreds of stalls selling a magnificent range of unique products.

Noosa Hinterland - Constitutes
all areas of Noosa Shire that are not on the coast. The Noosa Hinterland is made up of little villages like Cooroy, Pomona, Yandina, Boreen Point, Doonan and the Noosa Valley. It is renowned for being a tranquil and beautiful area that is in contrast to bustling Noosa Heads. A hinterland holiday is preferred by many tourists looking for a quiet tranquil, quality experience that is only 10 or 15 minutes away from the
more vibrant sophistication of Noosa's main tourist areas. It's a very sensible alternative if you have a car.

Sunshine beach - For those that want
Pacific views and wide expansive beaches then Sunshine beach is for you. This area is about 5 minutes drive from Hastings Street with regular buses, or can be an enjoyable walk. Sunshine beach boasts a lively restaurant and cafe scene set amongst a small array of trendy shops. The Sunshine beach surf life saving club is a popular haunt for visitors who want to mix with the locals whilst enjoying beach views and good food. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards year round making it a popular beach for both swimmers and surfers.
